Cool thread header...i can relate.

Actually(i understand)that Goldcorp now owns 33% of TRX which means to me that G. thinks Berg and the Howard Pass interest have more value then a bigger piece of MtMilligan.
But wait those assets are base metals which are death to G's multiple.

Now add in that they extended the loan to TRX (guantee)so work could continue.

And would G. risk that the road connector could be canceled permits expire etc. Putting their investment(33%) back to essentially nil.When they need big money for El Morro etc,

I think G. put out a big for sale sign to the highest bidder for their whole share of TRX.That would bring the most cash.

III next door to the Berg deposit with a depleting mine(Huckleberry) and III also knows quite well what may happen when drilling resumes at MtMilligan(look at Red Chris)

or NGX with the mine running out just north of MM

or TKO just south.NGD looking to operate at Afton or Teck who have their fingers in everything in B.C.

Just speculating but the final chapter is still open.
