there wasn't much debate about the move to restrict trading to once per month..
it happened quickly one day when Elroy got busy early this past summer

if I remember correctly,
trading was allowed on (most) fridays only , but the frequency of trading was not curtailed beyond that

we had found a happy medium which kept away from a day trading theme, but still allowed for a version of swing trading.
as it is now, I would label the contest as an exercise in positional trading

again, while I may long for the days of yore, I do realize that the number of contest participants has grown since then..
perhaps returning to a trading on (most) fridays regimen would overwhelm Elroy
