Since you eagerly asked for holes in your argument ---

Perhaps you are letting the sound of your own wheels drive you crazey.
The facts speak for themselves:

BIG loss in last qtr ended 6/30/97---(app. $3 million)
Sales also slipped from previous qtr.
Lots of cheap dilution--(see 10KSB/A pages 13 & 14 )
Capitalizing software costs (normal,but a drag if sales don't result).

Sales for the sake of sales are meaningless if unprofitable.
Shares are increasing nicely, however.
