It's pure speculation on my part and has absolutely nothing to do with any contact in the industry.

Since the SEC or NASDAQ, back in Sept., try to force AIPN to disclose news that was causing volatility, I believe the company state, again, they were in negotiation. They were thought to announce something in a week. Well a month has pass. For all I know, they could annouce today.

I figure that whoever is interested they may want to see results of the new siesmic before committing on AIPN terms. Nothing but my opinion.

Hell, Wavetech might do a Seitel and get into actual E&P projects in a direct role, for all I know. But, that is speculation.
