There is a majority opinion that true health care reforms needs to do much more. I presume that many agree that this reform takes a important step forward in that it covers more Americans and gets rid of issues that hindered quality of life such as having the freedom to seek jobs irrespective of pre existing conditions etc. This health care goes to show that as Americans, we are settling for less. It has impacted our ability to strive for the best since we lack the necessary resources which we squandered away in the 8 years of wars. Exactly what Osama ordered.
