Or get control of desking.....not locating anything, in full understanding that the mechanisms do not feedback against stock legal issuance data.

Supply and Demand....where all action happens against a float, which is always a relative constant......what could be easier than this? Its part of the systems original design and is central to maintaining a legitimate market.

Nothing can replace S&D, and that is why it will persist as the outlier, when it should be at the center of any pivot.
