Well, we are changing Feds; adding overnight bills and bonds window for member banks to get interest payment along side NY overnight discount window. Also, to add Alan Greenspan coupons for small banks to have positive balance, keeping FDIC out of pulling the rugs. Congress needs to do it quickly since they have not confirmed Bernanke yet.

GM is too big to reform, and some investment banks might steal all the assets from the old stockholders. Even GE(cash on hand) could use GE capital to buy out the Treasury to take over new GM?

Its so risky that mtlqq.pk is interesting. CIA might use ACLU to sue Treasury to protect stockholders of old GM?
