According to the company, the recent rise is based on a quite bullish report by Woodstone Capital. I received a faxed copy of the report and it is indeed very bullish. It discusses Celtic's claims in Voisey Bay (4 different positions; 3 of the 4 have indicated strong electro-magnetic conductors), proximity to Inco's Ashley area, where Inco recently announced a discovery; Hungry Hill, where Celtic is the largest claim holder along the Buchans-Roberts Arm Belt covering 959 claims. Celtic's interests are in the same geological area which hosted Asarco Ltd's Buchan's Mine; Pipestone Pond - the company believes, based upon initial groundwork, that this porperty offers potential for a gold and/or base discovery. A 1000-metre programme has been initiated (David is at Pipestone now, supervising that programme).

Everything to me looks very good and is poised for a continued rise. If Pipestone drilling is successful, or if any of Celtic's neighbors at their other properties has a good strike, Celtic will benefit in a big way.
