Hard to say. Depends on the perceived potential to increase the size and grade of the deposits. Also depends on how the property fits into the go forward strategy of both groups in the transaction.

Based on what I've seen in terms of sales of early stage gold properties, it's a great price and rare to get an all cash deal, and all the cash up front as well.
