David, It's usually the reorganization departments at the brokerage houses that have the expertise on these matters. Did you talk to a regular broker or to someone in Reorg? It seems unlikely when companies sign contracts, present the terms to stockholders and votes are taken, that somehow the new company can start trading properly without all the clauses being implemented (such as how many shares of the new stock the old stockholders will be getting), even though it does take a few days for the brokerages to show the new quantity. What I'd like to know from Doug, you, and all the others who have taken a position that there has been no split (yet), is what about the rest of the merger into ATPX? What about TPG? They were supposed to come in under a different ratio than LUNN. Linda
