Hear me now and listen to me later. As I said earlier, you usually want to buy these deals going into the pricing. Unless there is a great story (or huge amount of short interest), the underwriters have to take the stock price down to drum up enough demand for people to buy.

If you think the deal will hold up well, you might buy some here in the 22.20s/30s, otherwise look to buy some tomorrow morning, where you could get an even cheaper price.

I would expect the deal to price at a slight discount to last sale of today. I don't know whether it will trade up or break down from the deal price.
