Administration considers forcing investors into Treasury debt wnd.com In ARGENTINA, they had a name for this type of GOVERNMENT THEFT from the PRIVATE SECTOR where the government seizes retirement accounts (IRA's 401K'etc.), converts them into Government Bonds (ie loans to the government) and returns it in the form of life annuities. AS AN ALTERNATIVE, I guess one could close all their retirement accounts now, pay the tax, and reinvest the net LEFT back into the stock market. Lovely choice! Do you remember what this kind of capital confiscation was called? I remember Brinker related on his radio show many years ago that a former Boston Fed lady named Alecia Benard had the above idea. From her viewpoint, money belonged to the government except for that not needed by the government. And as all good little communists often say "to each according to their NEEDS, from each (SERF) according to their abilities". In in the end when you NEED medical care because you're old, get on the waiting list due to the shortage of doctors and facilities and die waiting for the services you NEED! If this proposal becomes reality, it should do wonders for stock market price levels! So much for retirement savings! Welcome to the Union of Bankrupt Banana Republic Socialist States of the Americas!
