Based on ARRS' current price of 10.75, I get 14.5. I suppose ARRS shareholders aren't too happy about this, unless they also already happen to own SQNA.

Personally, I would have preferred cash so I could have decided on my own whether I wanted to be a shareholder in ARRS, but I can't complain too much.
