Doug and ALL; I just received confirmation from a ATPX company epresentative that the stock is trading at the PRE conversion price today and will trade at the POST conversion price tomorrow. I inferred this to mean that the conversion will take place this evening. This confirms Doug's put on the situation earlier. A great day today. Mario
