OK, Thanks. Didn't realize the sale was so structured. Why wouldn't WEX be able to do a PP for the funds? They seemed to have a vocal following on the BBs, unless that was management?

I think I'd have to agree with you about WEX, though I can't recall the factors that lead to that decision.

Seems like ground stability shouldn't have been a surprise since part of the original decline had collapsed at one point. That push pull between cash flow and development is something I see in a bunch of projects. Some times I think it makes sense to do all of the drilling and development work first and start the mining once the ducks are in a row. Wonder if that might have worked better for Ashdown.

That never ending arbitration was amazing. At one point I figured the arbitrator must have been dragging the process out for as long as possible in order to milk it. They should have agreed to disagree and spent the money on a judge to rule one way or another.

Oh, well. Hope the Mine turns out to be a good one and that Scorpion can do something with it. Yo have any direct knowledge of the new owners?
