re CSKI - well there is an interesting poster in CSKI yahoo board. Just take a look at this:

Reading this gives me the willies. Hard to verify these claims though but I found it interesting that they classify themselves as a "not technological advanced" company in China. Since their headquarter is in China it is not clear to me that a fraud could be prosecuted in the US (who would show up for the trial?)
