McNabb, my view on PC/DELL/CPQ is, PC is becoming a dump/X/internet
terminal. All real jobs stays on servers. When you buy a terminal,
you try buy it with 'disposable' in mind since they are out
of data so fast.

Now with the alternative (sub 1000pc) in place, you don't buy
expensive 'terminals' that is out-of-date every 6 months.

Hopefully, DELL get a strong hold in the server market. As far
as the other PC market, I have to say, IT'S CHANGED since the
INTEL/CYRIX/AMD show and the sub-1000 came online a couple of
months ago. So, enjoy it (DELL) while still can. When the low-cost
alternative have a couple of years under the belt, they
may also have a state of the art 'simulation/research'.
