her lower spine is a mess - disks ruptured or almost nonexistent Geez. One insult heaped on top of another. Almost more than one person can take. She'll recover from the hip fracture (if she doesn't fall on it again) pretty quickly. The back situation isn't good at all. Will take a little more time. We all feel for the both of you and send as many good wishes as possible. I agree with adding things that smell good. There's nothing worse than the smell of a facility that uses all those chemicals to kill the germs. Something like Chanel #5 body cream, not only smells good but feels good. I'll bet she'd like to get cards. You can PM the address of the facility to those of us who ask. Put me down on the list.
