I'm never for stimulus, unless there is a return on investment that exceeds the cost of borrowing. I'm also not for bailouts, whether it was Bush signing the $700B TARP bill or Obama bailing out GM and some of the big banks. They should have been allowed to fail. That's what we have bankruptcy courts for, to wipe out the shareholders who took too much risk and pay off creditors as much as can be recovered, while reorganizing the company so it can potentially be productive again.
