Hell, we're going to be OCCUPYING Haiti. For years to come.

There is nobody else to do it.

Of course there are other nations that can do it with the US.....Canada, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela to name a few.....they all have a vested interest in keeping Haiti intact and they all are economically capable in helping.
