As you can see, US revenue increased EVERY YEAR of the Bush administration except for 2002 (9/11) and in 2009 (democrat real estate crash).

Looking at 2000 vs. 2008, we saw a 40% increase in revenue. How do you explain this given your graph and the GWB tax cuts?
