News Release - PP Mr Henry Meyer reports The company has negotiated a private placement in the amount of 200,000 units at $0.50. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. The warrants have an exercise term of two years. One warrant and $0.58 will entitle the placee to acquire an additional share during the first year and one warrant and $0.57 will entitle the placee to acquire an additional share during the second year. Proceeds will be used for general working capital.
