It's a dreadfully poor country. Haiti has one of the worst despot governments in the world, and certainly in this hemisphere. Is this an "secret" mecca for vacations? Where did people stay before the earthquake, and after the hurricanes?

Before the earthquake, Who in their right mind would go there if they didn't have to?
