Yes, there is such a chart and it shows that, in real terms, the debt grew much faster under Reagan and Bush

Kenneth please read my question:

Is there a graph or study on how much the deficit has grown when the democrats are in control of congress vs the republicans in control of congress?

I am asking about congress, not presidents. During the Reagan presidency the democrats controlled the house for all 8 years and controlled the senate 2 out of 8 years. So if the debt grew more under Reagan then you are saying it grew more when the democrats controlled the House.
