I have owned QNTM several times in the last year. However, at no time was the opportunity to buy QNTM as attractive as it is today. Clearly the best value in the DD sector at 9x '98 earnings. Furthermore, when this sector does gain favor just imagine the upside. QNTM has fallen from 43 to 31 in the markets hiccup. I'd expect to see 40 as we reach the end of the month.
