No, that's Silverstein's position. I'm in no position to disagree with him, especially as he was the owner and testified to the fact of the matter as he claimed he knew it to be. I saw this video some time ago, and Silverstein said those very words. Yes, I am persuaded that "the building was preemptively wired for demolition. . ."
