Peak oil is about peak flow rates not reserves.
Many sources of information on resource depletion and the curves that production follows.
Could my opinion be wrong.. sure, unlikely since you gave a decade time frame.
If you had asked about peak natural gas this decade I would admit to not having enough information to give an opinion.
Peak oil (flow rates) is much more likely.
