That kind of multi-company price-fixing would be illegal in the USA or the EU, so I wonder why it's not against the WTO rules? Maybe China should file WTO complaints against Brazil and Australia!

After all, Western companies have filed WTO complaints against China for favoring Chinese domestic industry by restricting the export of certain commodities. It seems to me that commodity price-fixing and commodity export restrictions are similar in nature.
