If that article is right, Coakley should have an easy win in MA ... no Southerners in MA and its one of the most secular states with the biggest Christian denomination a non-evangelical one, Catholics.

Not necessarily....first she ran a lousy campaign.....while Scott Brown was trying to connect with JFK Sr. in his ads, she was doing nada.....for weeks she slept. He had the show all to himself. In addition, national Dems were sleeping at the wheel as well. When it became apparent that Coakley was vulnerable, tons of money for Brown came pouring into MA from out of state. Financially, Coakley then had to play catch up and move her campaign from 0 to 60 in 48 hours.

So then, what happens if Coakley loses tomorrow but small. I blame her campaign. If she loses big, then its the national economy, and Obama and the Dems need to rethink what they are doing in DC.

Now if brownie loses but small....I think its the best Rs will do all year but Dems still need to rethink their strategy for November. But if he loses big, MA votes saw through his pretty face and typical R lack of substance.

Let me add brownie has to hire temps [instead of using volunteers] to do his GOTV...get out the vote. That shows you how little grass root support he has.

Not I have to go and make some more calls for Coakley. ;-)
