The Curt Schilling gaffe by Coakley is important in my mind because it gives the impression she could care less about the poor ass janitor or taxi driver whose one of their main diversions from a dreary life is the Red Sox, a team that most of ALL socio-economic classes rallies around in that area, I bet. Another example of team sports bringing people together, btw.. Besides, it just shows a lack of "common" sense.. She has to be Senator to all of them, not just the college profs because they are one's kids that fight our tragic, greedy and ignorant wars. Just another example of appearing cold and detached from the "regular" people imo.. Not that Brown would care anymore but I can sure understand why a bunch of blue-collar Dems will just sit it out and say the Hell with it... What's the point besides wasting gas to get to the polls..:(
