I agree, someone holding a sizable chunk of shares is thinking right now would be a good time to take some profits, and then buy back at lower levels before the 4th qtr earnings come out next year. This will start the drop, and it will gain momentum downward. I've seen it happen before, in fact it happens all the time in these small cap stocks. (JMHO) I'm not trying to start anything, and I hope I'm wrong, I'm just been burned too many times, so I'll sit this one out for now. Jay
