IR department, I don't know. They seem to not even know they have shareholders. When at a Sotheby's realty office I told them I was a shareholder, the person I met there said they never met a shareholder before. I think they didn't know the company was public.

Holding up fairly well, though off our highs of 21. As long as we stay above $18 I think we're in good shape, a dip below could be a bad sign technically. Fundamentals seem positive though, solid earnings, at least until last week when people started to rethink purchasing those luxury homes. I think we'll be all right.
