More accurately, to make the reasoned observation that there is no evidence for any of the imagined beings who entered the pantheon of ideas. I don't have any opinion as to the final truth of that observation. Science never locks itself in a lead box with no exits. But that a creature like Yahweh could be a God is as likely as the idea that you are really the center of the moon! You believe you are being "intellectual" but you are not. You are only doing what all pre-scientific people did in the absence of knowledge--they invented a powerful being (or usually several) to explain the cause of events. "Newton's laws of motion are something that we can apply to the expanding universe." Well...go ahead and apply them! "The reason that police work is possible is the same reason that it is possible to logically deduce the existence of a god" Oh! So that is what makes police work possible, eh?!!! It is possible to logically deduce the existence of a god, THEREFORE police work is possible. Christ, you are brilliant! Well, maybe we should let the police go after him/her/it or the Easter Bunny, then! We could get them to edit Genesis and throw in a Big Bang or a spheroid earth or something! Or was the Big Bang something Lot (beloved of "god") did to his two daughters when he impregnated both of them?! "I was merely making light of your Yoda impersonation which should have been obvious even for a super duper genius" It really bothers you that you are so stupid, doesn't it??!! I mention my IQ TO YOU every couple of years or so as a direct reminder TO YOU when you are hovering between idiot and imbecile with your posts!
