* OFF TOPIC * APM thread. An idea to make it more exciting. Guys, Let's keep this thread up. For me it really does not matter the name is "APM". I still watch APM. I am sure 6 months later there will be another buying opportunity. Anyway here's my idea to make this thread more exciting and maybe more information worthy. A "One stock - one week" competition. Even Gary is welcome in this one. I thought the rules could be (open to suggestions): 1. Every Sunday (Before Monday's open) participants pick a stock. They list the F/A, T/A, rumour etc. reasons why they picked it. Long or short. 2. Competition ends Friday at close. Competitors may keep the stock until Friday or may sell it at any day's close price if they want to. I thought this because the pick may hit the target anytime during the week. 3. End of the week the largest percent gain wins. Note: If the stock is sold before Friday (or bought to cover short) participant's % gain is established at that point and does not change. I can post the picks, results, winners etc. What do you think?
