For IMSC, with outs shares of 16 million the market cap now is pretty low, so any point would be good long term given the contract announced and the likely snowball effect. However, I'm playing the short term so have an order in at low 30s for a nibble, with plans to buy more if it drops into the mid 20s. That order was what we were looking for 5-6 years ago.
