That is a great line from Young Frankenstein - that movie is a comedy masterpiece with many quotable lines. It's right up there with Airplane, Holy Grail, Blazing Saddles, and Caddyshack as the most quoted film comedies, imho. Did I miss any?

Laura Petrie? Long, slow, boyhood sigh. I thought Rob Petrie was the luckiest guy in the world. Only Major Tony Parker might have had it better.
