That's what I was talking about -- redrawing the lines which in effect redistributes the voters.

I have not seen the 2010 long form; but, some have implied that they may be collecting seemingly benign data, that is designed to facilitate future control of Second Amendment rights. Who knows? Then there is the "illegals" issue, etc.
