I have always been an advocate of smaller government. If we're going to do anything, let's do it right with clearly defined and limited goals. Or don't do it at all.

Only reason why I defend the GOP is because they are more likely to support this than the Democrats. But even my support for the GOP is conditional, despite your attempt to portray it otherwise. That's just another trick from the liberal playbook.
