I have the same concern as the Wiseguy on the Yahoo board. Why is LWLG a completely hidden gem? I think Wiseguy has a legitimate concern.
"An important question remains: why do the folks presenting at Foresight2010 have apparently NO clue of the transformational technology that LWLG is working on?
The folks at Foresight2010 ostensibly should be familiar with all cutting-edge technologies - there is even a page (pg.15)in that doc that references "Beyond Moore's Law Candidates"
Ben Wang (Sp?) of Foresight2010 mentions 3d-Chips, Graphene, Nanocomp, Printable Electronics, Plasmonics, GPGPU's, Quantum Dots & "Super-Cloud OS" (most of which, admittedly I barely understand, if at all)...
However, the Perkinamine technology that the folks from LWLG have been working on for 10+ years remains completely unheard of even after the presentation at Gilder/Forbes Telecosm and testing at several major universities and perhaps as many as 100 different companies.
That this gem remains this hidden boggles the mind. I am not a basher and I own LWLG stock. But, it just doesn't make any sense to me. This should be front page news, and even if it is not front page news, career futurists like Foresight et.al. should at least be aware that some innovative work has been achieved in this discipline...certainly when we are this close to commercialization.
How in the world do you explain this?
Thanks for hearing me out," -WISEGUY (swiped from the Yahoo board)
