Yes .. a natural shriek-y, shrill-y tone. The kind of thing you can't really fix without sounding stilted and over-controlled. This can be fixed with training. Eleanor Roosevelt had a shrill voice like that when she started public speaking. FDR's folks trained her out of it. I bet FOX will train Sarah Palin, if she has the sense to accept the training.
