1973 The Air Force L-C Diet <The Low Carbohydrate Diet>

The L-C is the simplest diet you have every tried. The diet revolutionized the whole approach to weight reduction.

It is as easy to follow as it is to understand:

+ Limit your daily intake of carbohydrates to 60 grams – and lose weight.

+ It permits the dieter to enjoy dozens of foods which other diets restrict or eliminate entirely—cream, fried foods, and even alcohol.

Note: In 2004 I typed in the whole booklet. It has some really delicious recipes.

My husband was wary of the low carbs in Atkins. I fed him a modified version of the above (~40 carbs) while while I followed a modified Atkins/PowerPlan diet.
