Charles, they could say: "We understand and share the anxiety of shareholders awaiting laboratory results. While the delay is longer than we expected, we are confident that the COC results will prove Black Rock a significant precious metal reserve for IPM." "Yadda, yadda, yadda, and all that good stuff". They did give us timing, now they have to live with it and protect shareholder value. Have you noticed that shareholder value isn't increasing?
