Investors All,

It has been a long time since this thread was active, and most of us have lost our shirts ( and Pants as well) since April. I have been to the AGM, written to Tambanis and generally tried to stay on top of what is happening with GMO. At the AGM Tambanis pushed through a consolidation of 4:1, if, as and when needed. I saw a copy of the geological report for Alice River, done by the consulting geologist and it basically said that they found 5,706 oz. of contained gold during their drilling activity in early 1997. So they found nothing and they don't want to spend their money on a deep hole in order to conserve cash.
The company has something like $ 800,000.- left in the treasury and Peter Tambanis was off to ( I believe) Ghana to look for property and will be off to New Guinea to do the same. To the watching world the stock in Goldminco has absolutely nothing going, Tambanis is not a television evangelist selling hope and faith in the next project, mainly because he had no new project at the time of the AGM and yet, the stock is very active and has all sorts of takers in the 6 to 8 cents per share range. Or is it only one taker?????!!!!!

My main purpose of writing this epistle is to elicit a new look from some of you, particularly those who are electronically into the market in order to try to find out who the buyer of these shares is or are!

I own several other stocks which have sunk to 8 cents or so with about as many shares outstanding and they are not moving in nearly the same way that Goldminco is.

Rumour has it that Tambanis wouldn't let the prior Geologist ( Ravenscroft) drill where he wanted to drill and Ravenscroft quit out of frustration. Then Fordyce was hired and completed the drill program for Tambanis. Fordyce however wouldn't talk to me on the phone.

Shall we say that at least I am very intrigued about who the buyer or buyers of Goldminco shares are and I am wondering if there is more to the property than the 1997 drill program revealed!

Get back to me all you Sherlock Holmeses!
