I am angry, disgusted, and embarrassed at the response of America to the crisis in Haiti. Were GWB still president he would be getting BASHED for this piss-poor response, and I cannot imagine the public outcry if Bush went campaigning during this crisis.

The first four or five days, it was like Katrina -- you can't get stuff into the country, people should understand it. But it is inexcusable this far into this crisis that we are not flowing people and medical supplies into this country to at least be able to relieve some of the suffering.

These people are starving and going without water a week later. Can we not airdrop a few pallets of water into the parks where these people are dying?

This place is two hours off our coast. It is not too much to ask for us to be getting food, medical supplies, water, and at least some freaking tents into the place so these people have a fighting chance.
