ANOTHER FINANCING: Air Packaging Technologies Inc AIRP / V.APT Shares issued 30,663,500 close $0.35 Mon 3 Nov 97 News Mr Don Farrell reports The company has reached an agreement with a director and an individual investor for the purchase of 3,000,000 units at $0.32 for $960,000. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share for two years at $0.32 in the first year and at $0.37 in the second. A finder's fee of 10% in cash will be paid on one subscription for 1,000,000 units. Per Air Packaging Technologies, Inc.
