I like your Proverb, and the part about the vaseline. Are you saying that Xecom is a hot stock? Now I will answer your questions.
1.Q: When are good things starting?
A: They already have.
2.Q: "The good guy made to look bad... I do not believe you".
A: My Daddy had a saying, "Not everybody is bright".
3.Q:"Start making money for every stockholder?"
A: I am a consultant, and I do not run Xecom. I advise. Xecom's wholy owned subsidiary, Select Switch, has gone from $500,000 in sales to $8 to $9 million this year, and is still a growth Co. I am sure Jack, that you understand what a start up growth Co is, or have you stopped thinking, and listen to Dan and Addi who may not know better? Lastly, as for making money for my family. Gosh Jack, don't you try and support your family, or are you single and have no children?
4.Q:4 "How much are you being paid?"
A: Jack, I don't want any mistakes, since I don't type these responses. My consulting agreement was spelled out in the annual Report. Check it out yourself, so there is no confusion.
5.Q: "What kind of consulting do you do?"
A: I talk to investors if they call for me. I talk to brokers. I talk to institutions, Major investment bankers, fund management, and other corperate presidents in the telecomunications industry. I go to confrences, so I can have a better understanding of our industry, (so I can see through all the BS that comes our way). I talk with atorneys. When I talk with presidents, I push to find out what they think of Xecom. I am not going to blow my own horn, but I have helped point things out. Please keep in mind Jack, that Xecom was a mess until 09/04/96.
6.Q:"Blowing Smoke"
A: I have no idea what "smoke" your refering to,maybe you have me confused with Addi, Dan, and yourself.
Lastly, I do anything else that is asked of me from the shareholders to the management. So looking over this, I had better ask for a raise, because I am not being paid enough.
