Actually, what I said was 'Not according to the law', but, yeah, that's what I mean: they are legal and completely acceptable to every court, and every level of government from local to federal, in the land.

So all of our laws, and all of our governments, make no distinction whatsoever... all of the 50 States' certificates of birth are fully accepted and compliant with all regulations.
