So let me get this straight, you would like to make bold assertions and provide absolutely no proof and you expect me to take it on faith. 1 - My assertion wasn't bold. It was simple, well known, and pretty much obvious to anyone with even a relatively modest level of knowledge about the history of party control of congress and modern fiscal history of the US.
