There is a lot of talk about job creation and widespread frustration that jobs are not being created at the same pace as the increase in Wall Street's wealth.

I think what we are seeing is the benefits Wall Street is reaping after having shipped jobs overseas where the labor is cheap thereby adding to their margins. Where we have Chinese and Indian youths arming themselves to take on the good jobs, we here in the US are telling the youths to don a military uniform, take some fast paced basic military training and then shipping them off to Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea etc.

We need someone to look at the big picture. Having the experience of just the poor from inner cities is not enough. Providing stimulus money will deal with the trauma and stop the bleeding. BIt what about providing other assistance to nurse the patient back so that he can lead a normal life again.
