hey hey! That's great. I'm glad we're on the same team on at least one issue, ten. You know what's funny? I didn't come up with this concept either. Rumsfeld did. That guy was a grotchy old man with some crazy ideas, but I believe he got this one at least partially right. He was a big advocate for a modernization of our military machine to favor smaller, more mobile forces. Too bad his other failures got him booted before he could fully implement that plan.
